Pack Your Items

Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

Ship the Parcel

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
